You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, you can log in to your account and take advantage of quick returns.

Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to return it.
Provide shipment details
Check the data "taken" from the order and complete the missing information: including: shipping method, packaging type and date of shipment.
Pack and send the parcel
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Give the parcel to the courier. The products will be returned to the store.

Remember to include the receipt and declaration of withdrawal from the contract in the package. You can download the declaration here: Contract withdrawal form. If you use another form, be sure to provide your account number and fill out your name and surname legibly. This will speed up your refund. You can send your declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract to the following e-mail address: orders@bettermaker.eu.
The date of sending the e-mail with the declaration or the date of sending the return package determines whether the 14-day return period is met. The returned goods must be complete and must not show signs of use. If you return a product to us that does not meet these requirements, we will have to send it back at your expense.
We will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than within 14 days of receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid by immediate transfer, we will refund it in the same way. In the event of a partial return of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the goods to the Store are borne by the Customer. If the order has been paid for and has not been collected, we will refund the order value less the cost of return shipping.

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged or does not match your order, we will be happy to help you solve the problem. Below is the complaint procedure:

If your complaint is accepted, we will endeavor to resolve the issue in a way that is most beneficial to you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repair, refund or other form of compensation.
